Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping:
Shipping will be made by U.S. Postal Services Priority Mail (3-4 day
delivery). Orders are usually shipped
within two business days. Express Mail (2 day guaranteed) can be
requested. Additional charge for this service is $15.00. Deeogee's
Pet Store will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipment: Usually
takes 10-20 days to arrive.
Backorders: Orders placed for out of stock items, usually ship within 10-15 days. If your item is backordered for more than 30 days we will contact you via email to advise you of your item status.
Return Policy: Even exchange is allowed within 10 days of receiving your shipment. A re-stocking charge may apply. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and be minus all applicable costs, including original shipping costs.General Information: admin@deeogeepetstore.com
